Location wasn't bad, owner was polite and helpful sorting out our problems.

Hotel Rongratana’s is amazingly beautiful with a very soothing interior and also a very eco --friendly terrace with a warm hospitality specially Ms Mook. A beautiful place and makes us feel -at -home. it is great location to me and safe for family close to many high brands shopping malls and restaurants rooms space is very good and bathroom toiletry are very clean i had a great experience during my stay there. all the facilities to fulfil our needs. . And also not forgetting to mention about the management, Ms Mook she was very helpful specially when my son fall when he was playing and she come immediately bring with her the first AID kit and she acted quickly to help stop the bleeding and called an ambulance do everything in a very professional way While we were in the hospital, she was following up with us. After my son's treatment ended, a vehicle was sent to pick us up and return to the hotel As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again. Ms Mook, Mr Fah and Ms Dee thank you so so much ..

The room was so well-equipped - it would be perfect for long stays as it had excellent storage facilities and brilliant cooking and eating things like toaster, rice-cooker, plates and glasses etc. The room was really comfortable with a sofa and separate reading nook by the window. The location is so good - right across from a centre with loads of bars, restaurants, and cafes - it's not a cheap area, but it's extremely comfortable and accessible. It also felt really safe. Mostly I really recommend staying here for long-stays - I was extremely envious of the storage and kitchen facilities.

Mostly the location, the size, the style of room. You can easily park, there is a small but nice swimming pool on the 7th floor. There are a lot of very good restaurants nearby, a shopping mall, international supermarket, few 7/11 and Habour land for the kids.

Location is superb. 5 mins walk to BTS Ratchadamri (ask the receptionist for direction, use the Sexy Cow Restaurant path). 10 mins walk to BTS Chit Lom. Great restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacy, and supermarket right across Rongratana (at the Sindhorn Village). 6 mins walk to an indoor playground for kids (Harborland) and 7-Eleven (at the Sindhorn Midtown). Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. All facilities are working properly: Wi-fi, ACs, TVs, Washing Machine, Dryer, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer.
